Sree Devi Kumari Women’s College started in the year 1965, is managed by the Kanyakumari District Temple, Suchindrum by HR & CE Dept. Govt of Tamil Nadu. The college is located in a peaceful and beautiful environment at Kuzhithurai, 32 k.m. from Nagercoil, the District Headquarters, and 35 k.m. from Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala State. It was affiliated to the Madras University at its inception and afterward affiliated to the Madurai Kamaraj University and now it is affiliated to the Manonmanium Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli.
