Sree Devi Kumari Women's College started in the year 1965, is under the management of Kanyakumari District Temples, Suchindrum by Dept. of HR & CE, Govt of Tamil Nadu. The college is located at Kuzhithurai, 32 k.m. away from Nagercoil, the District Head Quarters and 35 k.m. from Trivandrum, the Capital of Kerala State. First, it was affiliated to the Madras University at its inception and afterwards affiliated to the Madurai Kamaraj University and now it is affiliated to the Manonmanium Sundaranar University., Tirunelveli.
