Scholarships & Fee Concessions

Scholarships and fee concessions are awarded by the government and other bodies to the disabled students and to those who are unable to continue their studies without financial help. They are awarded on the basis of their performance in the Higher Secondary Examination and also on the basis of the annual income of their parents.

Students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are granted scholarship by the Government of India. Students belonging to converted Christian Community of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes are granted scholarship by the State Welfare Department.

Scholarships and fee concessions are awarded by Government to the students belonging to Backward Class and Most Backward Class. They are awarded on the basis of their performance in the Higher Secondary Examination, provided the annual income of the parent does not exceed Rs. 50,000/-

The State Government gives Free Education Scholarship (Tuition fees) to the Students (first generation, first graduate) belonging to poor families and not in receipt of any other Scholarship / Concession provided their parental annual income does not exceed Rs. 50,000/-

Tamil Nadu Educational Trust award Scholarships are given to the first year Students on the basis of their performance and brilliance in their Higher Secondary Examination.

This Scholarship is awarded by the M.S. University to the first year students on the basis of marks obtained in their Higher Secondary Examination.
